> Correspondence at Hormone Consultants — Contact status at Hormone Consultants and the information needed to identify an error in an essay or citation; personal medical questions are outside its scope.

A correction deserves enough detail to locate the problem.

## Correspondence status

Hormone Consultants currently has no public inbox or submission form. There is no correspondence service for personal test results, symptoms or treatment questions.

I take errors in an account of a study seriously. A correction needs the page in question, the exact sentence, and the finding in the paper that contradicts it. Those details distinguish a checkable error from a difference of interpretation.

## Disagreement with an argument

Some disagreements concern judgment: whether a functional challenge is promising, how much an unchanged endpoint settles, or which follow-up experiment deserves attention. Those are worthwhile disputes too. They become clearer when the disputed inference is named as precisely as the underlying result.

The [reading list](/references) identifies the studies behind the essays. For the site’s purpose and limits, [the about page](/about) is the place to start.

Hormone Consultants houses my questions for published research, with no consulting business behind the name and no medical advice in these essays.
